Making Homes Accessible

The Making Homes Accessible (MHA) program makes resources available for housing rehabilitation and home modifications which are necessary for accessibility or architectural barrier removal for persons with disabilities whose income does not exceed the anticipated annual gross income at 100% of the area median income and to meet specific housing quality standards. Loans must be for at least $1,000 and cannot exceed $25,000. Loans will be provided for housing rehabilitation, home modifications and to adddress lead based paint hazards.  All loans will be secured by a Note and filed Deed of Trust.
