The hourly wage range is $26.26 to $35.29, based upon qualifications and experience, plus excellent fringe benefits including group health and accident insurance, life insurance, retirement plan, and vacation and sick leave.

Responsible for coordinating housing programs and managing Wayne Community Housing Development Corporation, as well as assisting with site development projects in the City of Wayne and Wayne County.

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) in Hastings is looking for a Non-Profit Executive Director to guide and grow our organization forward by overseeing all operations, financial, and technical aspects of the organization. The successful candidate should ideally have a bachelor’s degree, along with management experience, excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach staff, manage and develop teams.
