All Seasons Affordability Program funds can't be used in conjunction with any other FHLBank of Topeka funding.

We are currently out of funding for the All Seasons Affordability Program.  However, we have applied for more funding and will know if we are awarded around the beginning of 2025. Please feel free to submit the application form to get put on our waiting list.  There is no need to submit supporting documentation at this time.
