FirstDown funds can't be used in conjunction with any other FHLBank of Topeka funding.
As of 8:00 am on 6/3/2025 all FirstDown funding has been obligated. Unfortunately, we were not awarded FirstDown funds for 2026.

Note: Reservations are not guaranteed. Income and targets must be somewhat balanced through the entire grant. For example we are not able provide all 80% AMI loans at the beginning.
