First Quarter 2023 Maximum Mortgage Rates for Owner-Occupied Projects
FIRST MORTGAGE 8.48% ------  SECOND OR SUBSEQUENT MORTGAGE 10.48%

STARTING 4/29/2022 APPLICATIONS MEETING THE SPECIAL NEEDS AND/OR MILITARY VETERAN TARGET MUST BE AT OR BELOW 80% AMI. APPLICATIONS MEETING THE LARGE UNIT AND/OR LOCATED WITHIN A NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION AREA/STABILIZATION PLAN TARGET MUST BE AT OR BELOW 60% AMI UNLESS THEY ALSO MEET THE SPECIAL NEEDS AND/OR MILITARY VETERAN TARGET.  ONLY ONE OF THE ABOVE TARGETS ARE REQUIRED BUT CONTINUE TO SHOW ALL THAT YOU CAN ADDRESS. 

APPLICATIONS MEETING THE FHLBANK OF TOPEKA MEMBER FINANCIAL PARTICIPATION AND/OR ABATEMENT OF HAZARDOUS ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS MUST ALSO MEET ONE OF THE OTHER TARGETS ABOVE. 

FirstDown funds can't be used in conjunction with any other FHLBank of Topeka funding.
