Documents are now available below for our new grant. Do not have to be first time homebuyers to qualify.  Priority will be given to Large Units, Special Needs and Military Veterans.

WE ARE CURRENTLY ONLY ACCEPTING NEW RESERVATIONS THAT MEET THE FOLLOWING:

1.  SPECIAL NEEDS AND/OR MILITARY VETERAN.  RESERVATIONS ONLY NEED TO MEET ONE OF THOSE TWO TARGETS.  THEY MUST BE AT OR BELOW 80% AMI.  -OR-

2.  3-BEDROOM AS LONG AS THE HOMEOWNER IS AT 50% OR BELOW.     

FirstDown funds can't be used in conjunction with any other FHLBank of Topeka funding.
