All Seasons Affordability Program is a statewide initiative funded by FHLBank Topeka and managed in collaboration with First National Bank Omaha. The program is designed to replace old energy inefficient HVAC units for eligible Nebraska homeowners who meet specific conditions. All grantees must attend REACH homebuyer education training.  The Program Overview as well as the Program Guidelines and Definitions will provide you with more detailed information about the All Seasons Affordability Program.

We are currently out of funding for the All Seasons Affordability Program.  However, we have applied for more funding and will know if we are awarded around the beginning of 2025.  Please feel free to submit the application form to get put on our waiting list.  There is no need to submit supporting documentation at this time.
