All Seasons Affordability Program is a statewide initiative funded by FHLBank Topeka and managed in collaboration with First National Bank Omaha. The program is designed to replace old energy inefficient HVAC units for eligible Nebraska homeowners who meet specific conditions. All grantees must attend REACH homebuyer education training. We are NOW accepting applications for the All Seasons Affordability Program! Priority will be given to those with no HVAC system or non-functioning HVAC systems. Funding is limited. We will work through applications as we get to them. This is not an emergency program.
