Nebraska RentWise is a program to help renters obtain and keep rental housing and to be successful renters through education. The curriculum takes an active-learning approach and stresses tenant responsibility.

You MUST attend the entire training in order to become a certified trainer.

$100 Registration Fee - Re-Certification - NHDA Member
$125 Registration Fee - New Trainer - NHDA Member
$125 Registration Fee - Re-Certification
$150 Registration Fee - New Trainer
If you did not teach at least one module of a full six module series in 2025 you will be required to get re-certified.
All registration fees need to be received by April 29, 2026 by the Nebraska Housing Developers Association, 3883 Normal Blvd, Suite 102, Lincoln, NE 68506.

Cancellation: No refunds will be made after April 29, 2026.
