Nebraska RentWise is a program to help renters obtain and keep rental housing and to be successful renters through education. The curriculum takes an active-learning approach and stresses tenant responsibility.

You MUST attend the entire training in order to become a certified trainer.

$150 Registration Fee - New Trainer
If you have not taught at least one module of a full six module series since 2018 you will be required to get re-certified.
All registration fees need to be received by November 14, 2022 by the Nebraska Housing Developers Association, 3883 Normal Blvd, Suite 102, Lincoln, NE 68506.

Cancellation: No refunds will be made after November 14, 2022.

You MUST attend the entire training in order to become a certified trainer. Depending on a recurrence the COVID-19 situation we reserve the right to move it to a Zoom Online Training Event if conditions warrant the move.
