The Nebraska Housing Developers Association

Established in 1996, the Nebraska Housing Developers Association is a network of more than 75 members working to champion affordable housing.  We believe affordable housing builds healthy, strong communities and strengthens the state's economic vitality.

  • Advocacy efforts have resulted in millions of dollars being restored to the Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
  • The Association coordinates Nebraska's homebuyer and tenant education delivery systems working with local organizations that deliver quality education resulting in better-educated consumers.
  • Association members produce more than 500 affordable housing units throughout Nebraska each year.

Dues (payable July 1st; pro-rated for new members)

Community Advocate - $100/year - Individuals/Not-affiliated/Non-voting member

Organization - Based on Size by Operating Budget

Level 1 - $400/year - Annual operating budget under $500,000

Level 2 - $700/year - Annual operating budget of $500,000 to $2,500,000

Level 3 - $1,300/year - Annual operating budget over $2,500,000

Government Entity - Based on Jurisdiction

Small - $700/year - Local or Regional Jurisdiction

Large - $1,300/year - State or National Jurisdiction
